A-DATA 4GB single module DDR3 memory

A-DATA has released their new high-capacity 4GB single module DDR3 memory. They come in three versions ~ U-DIMM RAM for desktops, SO-DIMM RAN for laptops and unbuffered ECC-DIMM/ECC Registered DIMM RAM for workstations and servers. These memories boast low energy consumption, better heat dissipation and a lifetime warranty. Pricing and availability are unknown at this time
