Today, SKY Korea has announced its IM-U460K handset. It is a pretty basic phone with 3MP camera, T-DMB function and DAP and PMP features. It also comes with electronic dictionary, subway map, and its unique feature called “Sky Neon Message Feature” that display any message you want on its 3” LCD (something like the scrolling LED).
