AMD has announced another powerful processor, the Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition. It is a successor to its Phenom II X4 955 processor series. This new 45nm processor is clocked at 3.4 GHz – 200 MHz. It comes with 6MB of shared L3 cache, an integrated DDR2/DDR3 memory controller, a 4000 MHz HyperTransport and a TDP of 125W. No info on the releasing date and the pricing.
