Samsung has announced its ‘SPH-W7100′ in Korea, it is a phone with SOS feature targeting on children and women. The SPH-W7100 is able to ring up to 100dB for help for an urgent situation. The phone is also equipped with GPS function which sends a message with position if the phone is not naturally turn off and in the dark you will see LED lights to let you easily find it.
