LG Arena officially announced

LG has officially announced the launch of LG Arena aka LG-KM900 at the World Mobile Congress 2009. Arena is a fully loaded multimedia phone that offers an exhilarating audio and video experience made possible by LG’s intuitive new 3D S-Class User Interface. What really makes Arena special is its intuitive 3D S-Class UI, which us unlike anything that has appeared in phone before, said Dr. Skott Ahn, President and CEO of LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company.
LG Arena’s has a large 3.0-inch fully touchscreen with WVGA resolution and also, its D1 recording capability capture DVD-resolution video that looks great even when played on a large TV. ARENA is capable recording a 120 frames per second slow motion video to catch every detail.

Arena is also the first and currently the only multimedia phone for the global market to use Dolby Mobile from Dolby Laboratories, Inc. to deliver the surround sound for video and enhance the sound of music content.
Arena can handle hundreds of music and movie files with 40 GB of storage, including 8GB of internal memory and a microSD slot. Its strong and powerful battery provides you up to 30 hours of music playtime or 300 hours of standby time.
Besides all that, there also a 5.0-megapixel camera, 3G HSDPA 7.2 networks, Wi-Fi, A-GPS, accelerometer sensor, Bluetooth etc. The LG Arena comes with metal body and it measures 105.9 x 55.3 x 11.95 mm. The Arena will be available in Europe in March then globally.
