As known the PSP 3000 has strong security against piracy, tough to be cracked, is it? Today, Datel has released a special battery peripheral called the Lite Blue Tool which is capable of booting the PSP 3000 as well as PSP 2000 console into the service mode, where you can downgrades to earlier, cracked firmwares. Lite Blue is not that pricey though, you can get for around 30 bucks, goes on sale starting 28th November.
