The gigantic Ultraman above is made of thousands of tiny toys. It was spotted at the Tokyo Toy Show 2008 by Hobbymedia. Those tiny toys were ultraman also if not mistaken. More picture after break.

The whole thing looks to be about the size of 10 average Japanese attendees if you stacked them up correctly.
