A Chinese company has developed the Harbin Smart Special Aerocraft, a flying saucer that can climb up a distance of up to 1,000 yards and at a speed of 50 mph and can remain air bound for 40 minutes. It takes 12 years time and $4.1 million dollars in developing this flying saucer. I believe I can fly.
