Philips has come out with the 2 affordable low-end handsets, they are the Philips 198 and Philips 199. Both come in same design, measuring 99 x 42 x 13.5 mm and weighs at mere 65 grams. It has a simple keyboard with a 4-way navigation key and, 3 games entertain you when you’re bored. It has a miniUSB for charging its 800mAh battery. The only different between those two phones is that the 199 comes with FM radio. They are going to be available in few months time, will be priced around $62.
