Sharp has announced their new TV mobile phone known as FOMA SH705iII. It support 3G international roaming and comes with a 2.8″ 262k color display (400 x 240 resolution), a 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus, an external monochromatic OLED display, a microSD memory card slot, and a fully charged will give you 175 minutes talk time or 2 hours of TV show.
