Gakken Japan is offering the Personal windmill kit which provides you all the thing to make your own windmill. It can be fitted on top of a plastic bottle to prevent falling from a strong wind. It does not need any battery and it even has an LED which will lights up when the windmill in motion. The DIY Windmill is available only in Japan at the price of ¥2300 ($22).
