on the contrary. An AR-15 is most definitely a fashion accessory, which I define as something purchased primarily for aesthetics. If you don’t think these are mostly for show, how many firefights have you been in? The mall ninjas dress them up like Barbies. I’m not even sure they are more dangerous than female-oriented fashion accessories: stiletto heels, for example.

I still want one. Not pink, though.

I realize that women want to have guns that look more “Girly” but this one especially looks to much like a toy. Even large gun manufacturers have started making women’s lines of handguns in pink or with pink accents. The intended purpose should be more important than appearance of the weapon. As safe as we think we are as adults kids have proved to be sneakier than we expect sometimes. I guess Im torn though because it’s cute and cool but blatantly stupid and irresponsible at the same time. It seems like veil of danger is being lifted unwarrantably from a lethal weapon.

Not trying to be a downer, but it is an interesting concept. Have a good one.
