Is this the world’s slimmest? Hmm… could be one. The BenQ DSC-X800 digital camera measures only 9.8mm thick. It is an 8.0-megapixel digital camera, comes with 3″ LTPS LCD and a Super Macro mode which is capable to focus at MFD of 1cm ~ 5cm. The BenQ DSC-X800 will be available in Vixen-Red and Midnight-Black and will hit stores on the first quarter of this year.

The new internal Zoom lens is the secret behind the slim form, the previous X835 had an external version- 35mm equiv of 38 ~114mm zoom range.
