Dave Winer, an Apple customer brought his Macbook for repair at the Emeryville Apple store. The problem was the hard drive and it has been replaced with a new one. Dave asked for the old hard drive but they refuse to give him back. The old drive is very important Dave as it contains his bank account information, login details, passwords and source code.
