It has a 1.3 inch touchscreen, 1.3-megapixel camera, vibration, microSD slot, Bluetooth connectivity and all the basic function of a mobile phone such as SMS group sending, voice recorder, WAP, Bluetooth, GPRS download, SMS/MMS, calls vibration, voice dialing, IP dialing, calculator, graphics editor, memos, calendar, stopwatch, rates exchange, world time etc. The phone data can be transferred to PC via U disc/data wire or Bluetooth. Paper-like Battery

Hmm interesting I see…Zhang Xiachang a Chinese researcher has developed a paper-like battery that measures only 0.5mm thick and can be bent and rolled like paper. There’s no information on battery life. So I think that soon in the future we’ll have a digital wrist watch as flat as this battery, 0.8mm maybe – that will be cool.

These dice speakers are from Bird Electronics. Each of them a adorned with cartoons by TAKA Tetsu Shima. There’s a stereo mini jack for you to hook them up to your media players. The Dice speakers are available in dense wax white, black/white, or white colors and you can get one for $46 if you are in Japan.

JVC has released a new pair of wooden earphones, the HP-FX500. According to JVC the use of wood is to enhance the audio quality but that remains to be tested. Each pair is going for €100 ($146).

The Fleece Jacket (updated)

This is the Fleece Jacket from Thanko. It is powered by batteries and will warm you up in the water winter. The jacket gets warmed up via the heating pads that get charged with the battery pack. The battery pack can be taken out for easier charging with the AC adaptor, at the same time you can send you jacket for a quick dry cleaning.
