Motorcars of Las Vegas has officially started to sell the 2007 SSC Ultimate Aero Twin Turbo, the Guinness-verified world’s fastest car. It is powered by twin-turbo V8 mounted amidships, producing 1183 horsepower and 1094 lb-ft torque. This monster also comes with a full carbon fiber body. Other features include navigation system, back-up camera, and a front lift system to clear speed bumps. Video and pictures after the jump.
