OQO Model 02 UMPC Upgrades

OQO has upgraded their Model 02 Ultra UMPC with a speedy 1.6GHz processor and now has the choice between a 120GB hard drive or a 32GB SSD. The WWAN in the Model 02 Ultra has also been upgraded to 1.4Mbps EV-DO Rev and instead of pushing up the prices, it drop from $1,499 to $1,299. The updated Model 02 is currently on sale in the UK.

I like the idea of an SSD drive but I still have always hated their keyboard. What good is a full PC if it is thumb based input? They need to make a touch type keyboard model and then I would buy one in a heartbeat!!!
