Apple fansites said that the upcoming iPod will be called iPod Touch. They claimed that the new iPod touch will have 480 x 320 like the iPhone and running on OSX and features a single home navigation button. It also have the frame but in black instead of silver like the iPhone.

For easier explanation, you can just call it the phoneless iPhone.
