Eminem Suing Apple for his music

Eminem the rapper is suing Apple again. Last time Eminem sue Apple over the use of the mega-hit ‘Lose Yourself’ in an iPod ad. This time Eminem is claiming that Apple is selling his songs on the iTune online music store without his permission. Eminem’s music was published by Eight Mile Style LLC and Martin Affiliated LLC, is distributed through Universal Music Group and Apple has received the permission to sell his music online from Universal Music Group. However, Eight Mile Style and Martin Affiliated claim they never gave Universal Music Group permission to put his music online.

Eminem is also demanding more than $150,000 in compensation for infringement of copyright for each time one of his songs is downloaded.
