Plastic that Heals itself like Human Skin

Researchers at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign have developed a plastic that can heal by itself just like human skin but faster. When this unique plastic comes to a crack form, a liquid healing agent is released from tiny channels within the plastic to fill the crack and then soon gets hardens with the help of the top layer plastic. This new polymer is said to use for implantable medical devices and computer cooling components. Hopefully they will use this for mobile phone and portable devices like music players.
