Scientist at the Spain’s Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona have developed a new electro-chemical biosensor which can detects toxins in food including herbicides in plant foods, and antibiotics in animals foods. This device can be made for personal or disposable use as they can be produced in large quantities in low cost.
