2day’s rumor, here’s the Sony Ericsson upcoming walkman phone with a code name Shinobu. It is 12.5 mm thick, support HSDPA data connection and comes with a 2.0-megapixel camera. It is now on sale on a Polish Auction site, the company said that this walkman phone is directly out from the Sony Ericsson factory and they are going for $680.
