WillCOM Japan has released a concept phone for emergency use. It is a mobile phone that comes with a torchlight that will helps in lighting up and making calls in emergency case like earthquake and it powered by just two D size batteries. It is W-SIM card capable phone, a type a card that provides wireless communication. No words on the availability of this torch light phone.
