Aigo has released its F989 a portable media player target on kids. It comes with 2.4″ QVGA display, 1.3-megapixel camera, an integrated FM tuner and recorder, an SD memory card slot, FM radio, microphone, an e-book reader, photo browser, built-in clock / calendar / stopwatch, calculator, 10 simple games keep you entertained when you’re sitting in the bus and it support AVI playback at 30fps. Pricing and availability has not been announced.
