Spiderman on Petronas Twin Tower

March 23rd, 2007

Spiderman is back! It’s the “French Spiderman” called Alain Robert, 44 years old and he’s famous in climbing tall buildings around the world without ropes support. This time he climbed the Malaysia’s 88-storey KLCC the Petronas Twin Towers. He managed to reached 60th floor before arrested by the police. This was Robert’s second failure to scale the Petronas Tower as exactly 10 years ago he was arrested on the 60th floor of the other tower that he managed to get up there in 30 minutes.

Robert said through phone as he climbed the glass-panelled structure:
“It’s a great view from here. There is so much action and it is funny to see people inside the offices staring at me,” Robert said by phone as he climbed the glass-panelled structure.”
