Remember the Meizu M8, the phone that looks like the Apple iPhone. Now here’s what the Meizu’s CEO said in the forum post in their site. First he said that the design is very similar but they said that they have announced their Meizu M8 on the January 5 which is four days before the Apple iPhone launched January 9.

Meizu actually changed the design of M8 to make look different from the iPhone. They said that they have spend $1 million on research to design a screen with 720 x 480 resolution which they want a different one from 3:2 or 16:9 on other phones. Meizu also said that they will also change the design if Apple decides to sue.
