There complaints from Zune owners to Microsoft’s customer support center about the the screen of Zune, it cracks if it is left charge for an extended period of time. Some theorize that the screen is cracks because the lithium ion battery is placed behind the Zune screen and the screen crack when the battery gets hot. Microsoft has not yet issued an official statement and current warranties do not compensate for a cracked screen, so do not over charge your Zune.
