Cool… The telecommunications giant DoCoMo of Japan is working on a prototype of a hybrid mobile phone which comes with built-in solar panels. There will be no battery needed; just places anyway under sunlight and it will get its energy filled. It will be great if this DoCoMo’s prototype takes off successfully, we won’t be facing low-battery problem.
