It is a Windows Mobile 5.0 powered phone, comes with 400MHz Samsung CPU, a 2.8-inch TFT touchscreen display, 128MB ROM, 64MB RAM, miroSD card slot, a 2.0-megapixel camera, Bluetooth connectivity, Wi-Fi, and a full QWERTY keypad. 8525 is priced $399 which is more expensive than Cingular smart phones.
