The Sanyo Eneloop solar charger, it can charge 4 AA Eneloop batteries at a time and also a USB port to charge your DAP, mobile phone… How it works? The charger has a built in Lithium Ion battery which gets its fully charged under optimum weather in about six days after which you can charge 2 AA (1900 mAh) Eneloop batteries in 150 mins and 4 batteries in 300 mins. Eneloop batteries are about the same with the AA cells but just that they are 100 % recyclable and unlike other rechargable batteries they don’t discharge automatically when it is unused. The USB connector delivers an output of DC5.0V 500mA which is sufficient for any portable devices. This Sanyo Eneloop solar charger will be available in Japan this coming Nov 21st for 20,000 Yen ($ 170).
