The E-Ten X500 is one of the world’s slimmest Window Mobile 5.0-powered Smartphone at 15.5mm thick. It comes with a Samsung CPU (400MHz), 2.8-inch QVGA display, 2.0-megapixel camera, 802.11b/g WLAN, Bluetooth, SiRF Star III GPS, a microSD card slot, 128MB ROM, and 64MB RAM. This X500 will be available somewhere in next month, no word on pricing.
