Motorola and Sprint join the Global Fund too, Sprint and Motorola are offering the RED RAZR to benefit the Global Fund. Sprint is offering the RAZR V3m in RED with NFL Mobile and 5 RED themed screensavers. It comes with a red headset, the phone will cost $304.99, or $64.99 with a two-year agreement and a mail-in rebate. It will be available in November.

Motorola also offers a red SLVR handset in supporting Bono’s (PRODUCT) RED to fight AIDS. By purchasing a red MOTOSLVR, 10GBP will go to The Global Fund to help eliminate AIDS in Africa and additionally 5% from your phone charges will also go to The Global Fund.

The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria was established in 2002, with the support of the world’s leaders and UN Secretary General Kofi Annan, to dramatically increase resources to fight three of the world’s most devastating diseases, and to direct those resources to areas of greatest need by supporting locally-driven strategies.
To date, the Global Fund has committed US$4.9 billion to more than 350 programs in 130 countries.
