Samsung has released its 10-megapixel camera phone the SCH-B600, the world’s first 10-megapixel camera phone. It comes with 3x optical zoom, 5x digital zoom and an LED flash which is not much different from other 10 megapixel digital cameras available in the market. It features a high color reproduction TFT LCD display of 16 million colors. Other features include a DMB functionality, a MMC Micro card slot, TV out, an integrated MP3 player, and a business card reader.
