The message bean, this bean has a lasered onto one side. To see the message, pulls off the foil top and bottom (to let the water drain) of the can, and adds about half cup of water to the soil, add water as neededa and do not over-water. When the bean grows big you will see the message, is about a week time. Message is available in Thank You (with Thanks in Japanese), Love (with a heart), Good Luck (with a four leaf clover), and Happy Birthday (with a musical note). To protect your furniture or any surface place the can on plate or saucer. The can measures 4 1/4″H x 2 1/2″ and $12 each (get a set, one of each theme and save $1).
