Cingular announced the availability of its 3125 Smartphone (HTC Star Trek). The clamshell phone features a 2.2-inch TFT-LCD display, 1.3-megapixel camera, 64MB RAM, 128MB ROM, a microSD card slot, and Windows Mobile 5.0. It measures 9.9 x 5.1 x 1.6 cm and weighs 99g. It is available now for $149.99 with 2-year service agreement.
