Toshiba has released its mobile the Toshiba 809 (aka Vodafone 705T) in Hong Kong for $293 without contract. It features a 2.0-inch LCD display, 1.3-megapixel camera, 40MB internal memory, music player, dedicated music keys, Bluetooth, miniSD card slot, and USB 2.0 connectivity. Toshiba 809 measures 47 x 98 x 23mm and weighs 121g.
