This specific tattoo only reacts to black light. Also they ARE safe ONLY if you use very specific brands of ink (such as Chameleon). Other brands contain everglow which is very much toxic. I was interested in getting a glow in the dark tattoo myself until I found out that not many artist use this type of ink because it had previously led to cases of SKIN CANCER.
