UBiQUiO announced its 501 smartphone, a slimline Windows Mobile 5.0-powered Smartphone that features a 200MHz Texas Instruments OMAP 750 processor, 128MB ROM, 64MB RAM, 2.5-inch TFT-LCD display, 2.0-megapixel camera, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, and a Bluetooth connectivity. This 1.4mm thick smartphone will be priced at $567 without service agreement. No word on availability at this moment.
