I has just blog about Windows Live Messenger new interface last few days and now, the newest Windows Live Messenger Beta is open to public starting from 9pm PST tonight (Monday). It is available only for Windows PCs and the program can be downloaded at ideas.live.com. Get it tonight! Who knows maybe after few days, they will close it again because of critical problem.
